The trial

Every new free account starts with a 7-day trial. It begins when you create the account, and no card is required — there is nothing to cancel and nothing that starts charging you when the week is up.

Guest use is not a trial: a guest account saves no progress and has no flashcards. Create an account to start the trial.

When the trial ends

Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away. Your flashcards, saved words and progress stay exactly as they were, and the app keeps working on the free plan. The daily limits that apply after the trial, and what a subscription changes, are all listed on the pricing page — that page is the single place those numbers live, so it is the one that is always current.

Subscribing

Prices, billing periods and the current comparison are on the pricing page.

Where you subscribe decides who bills you:

• iOS — through the App Store, on your Apple ID.
• Android and the web — by card, through our payment provider Stripe.

Managing or cancelling

• An App Store subscription is managed in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your Lingara account does not cancel it — do that first.
• A card subscription is managed from the app’s subscription screen, and is cancelled automatically if you delete your account.

Cancelling stops the renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com. For a card subscription, email support@getlingara.com and we will sort it out.
